Poole and Poole was
founded in 1973 by Travis W. Poole and Rodney M. Poole,
father and son graduates of the University of Virginia
Law School, to continue the practice of Travis W. Poole
in adoption and litigation law begun in 1938.
The firm now provides
a second generation of service to the entire state
offering a wide range of legal services, with a focus on
adoption, surrogacy, assisted reproductive technology,
real estate development and transactions, land use,
estate planning and business related advice and
litigation.
